The mission of the National Council for Volunteering in Israel is to help all Israeli’s find meaningful and fulfilling volunteer opportunities. The volunteer portal is presented in both Hebrew and English in order to reach the entire Israeli population, including the English-speaking Anglos.

The site preserves natural values, including a large herd of deer, and unique archeological finds that few of the world’s capital cities can boast. Its strategic location at the entrance to the city makes these public assets particularly prominent. Residents of Jerusalem and the general public need a park designed as a green meadow and open space for recreational and recreational use, and now, as a result of the horrific fire, nature needs a nature park especially at the open observatory.

The JGF promotes environmental, social, and economic sustainability in and around Jerusalem through the support of grassroots community initiatives, working with Jerusalem’s diverse communities, and reaching out to lovers of Jerusalem around the world.

Since its launch, SPNI has set in motion a tradition of citizen involvement aimed at protecting environmental assets against irresponsible development.The SPNI arm responsible for spearheading these endeavors is the Environmental Protection Division (EPD). Understanding that key decision-making starts at the top, EPD has drawn together a stellar team of environmental watchdogs and advocates with expertise ranging from ecology to urban planning. This team campaigns, lobbies, advocates, legislates and educates for the protection of Israel’s remaining open spaces, biodiversity conservation, preservation of rivers, winter ponds and coastlines, sustainable development, clean energy, and quality of life for all citizens.
